Scheduling Coordinator

Conlon Thompson Orthodontics is a family-oriented, patient and team-centered orthodontic practice in McHenry.  We are looking for an amazing scheduling coordinator to join our practice.

Our state-of-the-art, growing, orthodontic practice is seeking just the right person to round out our fantastic admin team and help us reach the next level in our pursuit of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent skills with patients on the phone, text and in person
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and respectfully answer telephone calls with a smile
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Obtain accurate and complete information from patients
  • Enter complete patient information in practice management software
  • Check patients in and out
  • Promote contests to existing patients
  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Perform and assist with other duties as directed
  • Must be computer savvy with experience in Word, Excel etc
